We had Sunter Homes just insulate and frame our basement, plus electrical and some plumbing work. They were outstanding and professional at every step of the process. I can't be happier with my choice in using their services. Although the job was fairly straightforward they were quick to bring to my attention the small things that are easy to overlook but can have a big impact down the road. The project manager and guys doing the work were quick to address any questions and concerns I expressed and were always proactive in asking us if we had any questions at the end of each day.

Worked with Sunter homes on a massive renovation in my baseement. There were some complications along the way, but they were fixed right at once without delaying the finish time or increasing the costs. Once it was all said and done, the basement turned into my dream mancave and has been well worth the investment!
