If you're interested in purchasing a protection plan for your Furnace or Central AC System, we offer our Comfort Plus Maintenance Program. You can choose to cover your Furnace and/or Central AC System. Your annual program will include one Clean & Check with Safety Inspection for each item covered, as well as 12-months parts & labour coverage.

We had a new high efficiency AC and furnace installed Dec 2021. The price was fair from competitors and the work was done in a timely manner. We were happy with the very prompt service and return of messages. Will call them again for any heating/cooling needs.

Had some issues with our air conditioner… Called Absolute comfort at 8 PM Monday night and they had someone at our house next day by 5... service was fantastic and Gary was able to fix everything for us very fast! We have a 7 month old baby and thankfully she will be able to sleep comfortably tonight
In this heat wave! Given the current situation with COVID-19 I was very impressed with the technician, wearing a mask and gloves. Not everyone is doing this and made it much more comfortable for us having someone in our home. Thank you!!!

Had a problem with central AC unit. Its a bit one with two big fans. One was starting nice and fast, other had a few spins then would stop. AC technician failed to find and wires going from board to a fan, while fan clearly had problem with spinning. Had to fix it myself after the tech leaves.
The sharp edge of metal casing cut through wires due to vibration.
The business owner came to house to inspect the unit later. Not much help, but a good gesture.

Fast Reliable Service!!
First heatwave of the season and our house was hotter inside than out!!! Jon of absolute comfort was quick to respond and arrange an appointment for first thing the following morning. Ralf, the Technician was on time, neat, friendly, and very professional. He provided me with options regarding the service we needed and… answered all of my questions. I was worried we would need to replace the entire unit but Ralph had it fixed and the house cooling within a few hours. I would not hesitate to contact absolute comfort again for any HVAC needs.

Called the service for second time in few weeks. My AC seems to be pumping hot air.
They failed to identify a common problem of AC running with heater still on. Anyways Absolute Comfort advised me to buy a new AC and left with my $125.
Later I found the heater to be on, turned it off, and AC seems to come back to cooling again.
UPDATE 07/07/2020 Two weeks later the owner agreed to refund one of the two service fees. At least some comfort, not "Absolute" though ))

Great professional company with excellent customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very happy with their installation and knowledge and care they provided. Jon is a very honest person whom I trust implicitly. He didn’t try to up sell me and in fact suggested a less expensive model for me as it would better suit my needs. The installers are seasoned experienced workers who have been with the company for a long time. So happy I chose Absolute.

Ralf in the office did a great job of getting us an appointment within 24 hours. Gary who came to service our service our furnace was great, was prompt, friendly & knowledgeable and threw in a small part for free. Would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Comfort to others & will definitely be using them again.

Jon Messenger bid to replace a 30+ year old furnace with a high efficiency one, and also to replace and upgrade the old AC and humidifier units. The work would require one and a half days. Seven days after accepting his bid, he and Gary arrived and were so efficient and well organized that they completed the work in a day and we were delighted with the care taken over the installation. This team were a pleasure to work with and the final bill was exactly as quoted - a guarantee that Jon had stated when we first met him. Our experience was first class, hence the 5 Star rating.

We needed a new air conditioner and called 3 reputable companies in the Oakville area. We chose Absolute Comfort because they provided us with the most competitive quote, and we felt comfortable dealing with John Messenger, the owner. John has been in the business for many years and has a great reputation. He spent a lot of time at our house explaining our options and walking us through the process. We renovated our home and had units installed by Absolute Comfort within a few days of ordering last spring. The team were on time, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The workplace was clean when they left. The units appear to be operating efficiently and the house is very comfortable, in summer and winter.

Absolute comfort billed me $111 for a 5 min visit. Tech told me I needed a new solenoid valve for my humidyfier.
$311.00 dollars later I had my new part installed. Same issues continued. Ask company to replace it. Was told part was only under warranty for one year. I produced the bill and asked representative to point out where on the bill it stated part only carried a one year warranty.
Representative became belligerent and argumentative. Instead of admitting that the bill did not support her assertion she decided to end the call.
Save yourself money and a bad experience. Hire another company

These guys are not reputable. I trusted them for our install and service. I had an issue with the condensate pump one day and quickly called them in to have a look. After an hour of assessment the recommendation was for a new pump for $350. Something did not seem right so after about 5 min on Youtube and 2 min looking at the pump it was obvious… the check valve was broken. Part costs $6 on amazon and they wanted to charge me $200 for the initial visit plus another $350 for a new pump that I did not need. If you are looking for someone you can trust look elsewhere.
