I highly recommend this company for window or door replacement. Their front line customer service, response rates, pricing, scheduling, work ethic, professionalism and most importantly their product are far superior to any other window or door company. Stopped into the showroom one day while just driving by and wanted to have a fast look and see what custom direct had to offer - when i walked in i was beyond pleased. Darylleigh Laidman came over right away and helped me and answered all my questions. I ordered windows and a front door for my home and the next day a installer came over and measured up. 4 weeks later i had my new products installed and i was so happy, i big thank you to darylleigh and the installation crew,

I got my back door, front door and storm door replaced by custom direct and i love my new doors so much. I got amazing pricing, the installers were so nice and cleaned up after themselves and removed all my old doors and disposed of them. it was such a easy process and everything was done beyond my expectations.

Horrible job and very poor workmanship. I got several windows replaced at my house. First the sales guy got measurements incorrect for 3 out of 5 windows. When the windows with correct measurements were installed,three of them are leaking moisture and the owner refuses to return telephone calls. Sent him pictures taken at different temperatures. Stay away from this company

I recently had a door installed by Custom Direct Windows & Doors Ltd. What I thought was going to be a great experience actually was short of a nightmare. Everything started great, but the sales representative dropped the ball several times, claiming he never received emails from me, etc. even though he gave a second email to make sure he got it. The door was delayed horribly. Head office took over from their and the put a rush on the door. The door arrived and it was everything and more than I expected. I love it. The installers were absolutely amazing, quick (2 hours door out and new one in)

I had a front door and storm door installed by Custom Direct last summer. The storm door closer failed within 6 months. It has taken a little while to get service as Custom Direct did not feel it was their responsibility to fix it. The hope is that someone will be out next week to correct the problem.
