Dwayne has been actively involved in curling at local, national and international level and has played and coached many other sports, as well he loves the outdoors and hobby farms in the Avonlea area in his spare time. Victor is an avid outdoorsman who loves camping and fishing and is very active with the directors staff Shriners and Scottish Rite free masons.

Victor Bobychek is one of the un professional guy who is one of the Representative and owner of the company.
I called company for a qutation and he visited my home on November 12th and promised me to give me qutation on Monday Nov.15th which I haven't received then I called on on Nov 16th and someone else gave me the hand written (heard to read) qutation which required many clarification so I called the company and every time I get a answer he will call you tomorrow.

Awesome knowlegable staff, responsive to all our questions, timely and organized ordering process and install coordination, and courteous respectful and professional installers!
Provincial installed a new front entry door and a new patio door for us. Very happy with the finished product! Everyone from the front office staff to the install crew were great to deal with. If we ever need doors, or windows, in the future Provincial will definitely be our first call!

Extremely happy with our new windows (entire house) and door. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and doors and have noticed a big difference in the warmth of our house since the installation. Installation was very quick, efficient and no mess left to clean up. Would highly recommend!

We had them replace two door "lights" (door windows with built in blinds) and "shim" (adjust) a door. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and reasonable and related to me as a person rather than just a transaction. Their quote was lower than a different one we had gotten. The installer was very skilled and took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was satisfied with everything being done. The units they installed are high quality and work great. I highly recommend this company, based on my experience.

Great Windows and Service.
The end product was amazing. They even did our door trim for us.
We had a small mixup with the initial quote and left off the bathroom window. To compensate, they offered to do the extra window at cost price to make us happy. Dwayne also fixed up our flyscreen in the kitchen at no extra cost.
Thanks guys. We really love our new windows.

I had a conversation with my friend about my experience with this store today, which prompted me to come here and leave this review. Two years ago, I tried to find a replacement window crank from Home Depot but was told there's no direct replacement and the only option was to do additional drilling with the parts they had. I then went to Provincial, not only did I find the direct replacement, the friendly lady there even gave me a discount. I recommend this business.
