We had a slight mishap with our overhead door and required a service call to get it operational again. Shalyn provided prompt and courteous service to get the call scheduled and the team showed up exactly when they said they would (even called on the way). They were able to fix our door without replacing it and even fixed an additional issue we had plus all the regular maintenance that we had neglected. Even got some tips on how to keep our door operating at it's best! When we received our invoice we were pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable billing on top of it all!

Had issues with my floor sensors and Mike and Keaton came out and also figured out one of my 2 door spring snapped awhile back aswell. So 30min later they were back with a new spring assembly and cleaned up the wiring mess from the previous owner and everything works like like new. Thanks guys, awesome service!!!

A bunch of the reviews here claim they come out in a couple of hours, but when I called today to get them to come out and look at my broken opener (and probably sell and install a new one to replace my existing unit) they said they were booked solid for more than 10 days out! Who can wait that long to get their car out of the garage? It makes me wonder how legit the other reviews really are…

Awesome customer service. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me try and fix/diagnose the issue with my garage door over the phone. Once we realized the issue would need a service call, they sent a couple guys out and had it back running (closing properly) that afternoon.
Would certainly recommend and will definitely use again when my garage door inevitably stops working again.

Lol I have to chuckle, b/c the last review right before mine sounds EXACTLY like my experience. I woke up last week and my garage door wouldn't open. My SUV was trapped. So, I called these folks, and yep - the receptionist was super friendly and efficient, and she had a guy out within half an hour, who quickly determined the problem, went back to the shop to get the part, and had the problem fixed within under an hour!

Absolutely incredible service. From the receptionist on the phone to Darcy the technician. Darcy was at the house within a 1/2 hour of me calling, inspected the problem, went back to the shop to get the right part and the whole job completed within an hour. Highly recommend Queen City to anyone that needs to get their car out of the garage fast. The quality of work was excellent.
