I had some boiler service done by them 3 months ago. When I got the bill for the work, they had overcharged me in both hours worked, and the hourly rate. When I called to asked about this, I was told their rate is $200 per hour and has been for years. Their website shows $125 per hour even now. I told them I have another service receipt from them 6 months earlier and was charged $150 per hour. They were speechless. Because of this, they agreed to refund me the difference and was told a cheque would be sent. I've called back multiple times about this but still have not gotten any refund.

I contacted Cambie Plumbing & Heating about a minor gas leak in my natural gas stovetop range in our new-ish condo.
The office admin was kind and helpful, and provided a convenient and prompt time slot for a gas fitter to come by. The technician they sent was professional and personable, and was able to resolve the reason for the appointment immediately, and even completed an additional plumbing task for me during the hour long appointment. Initially very friendly but long delays in returning calls, never finished the job, could not find a 10 year old bath tub faucet cartridge, I paid for a complete job and never got finished. They got mad at me because I was not home on a week day with no notice to have an american standard rep come look at the faucet - despite me having the manual and part diagram for them.
