Found Prologic via Google Reviews a few years ago and have never been disappointed. Keith is always fast to respond when our older model furnace goes down. Friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. This time it was our airco and he was here in under and hour and had it humming in no time. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our HVAC needs.

Retuned home from work January 26th and no heat in the house! On a night with an expected low of -24c. I called Pro Logic comfort solutions and was connected with a HVAC technician immediately. We were able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Very professional and helpful people, will use again and highly recommend.

I have turned to Keith at Prologic for pool heaters and related services for over 5 years. Prologic is prompt, professional and provides excellent value and workmanship. Earlier this week i called to see if he worked on indoor gas fireplaces. The answer was yes and today my fireplace is up and working. I highly recommend Proligic and in fact I have recommended Prologic to a number of friends who are also happy w the service and continue to use Prologic as required.

Wonderful experience with Prologic! We had a new gas line hooked up and a natural gas pool heater installed. Prologic had everything installed less than a week after I first reached out to them. (We had been trying to find a gas/pool contractor all summer but with covid it’s been so hard) Prologic answered right away and even came to London for the installation. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient and everything looks great and works perfectly. Prologic was happy to answer any questions and had great communication along the way. Would absolutely recommend this company.

These guys are the best. I just moved into a house with an inground pool needed a new heater and pump. Keith was there within a day or so as promised and got it all up and running. These guys were big time busy and still had time to fit us in at the last minute. He did an installation and his crew did the other, excellent work and will definately use them all the time and also for referrals.

Keith was professional and reliable and also very personable. His employee was on time and cleaned up after his work was completed. Keith kept in contact with me to ensure the pool heater was functioning and helped me to problem solve a separate issue that was resolved easily. You can find cheaper companies to do this work but you’d have to rely on a few people to complete the task. We were content dealing with one individual who could install the pool heater properly. It’s working great!!!

Found Keith on Facebook Marketplace and reached out for a repair of our inground pool heater which had all of a sudden stopped working this morning. Keith instantly responded on messenger (despite it being a weekend) and as I was out of his close service area, we were able to review and fix the issue over FaceTime. I’m beyond ecstatic over the level of service and professionalism and feel so blessed to have found Keith! Pool is back being heated and spring break fun is back on!!!!

Called Keith on a Friday and had my brand new pool heater on Monday. He answered my call right away and talked me through my options. The work was done quickly on Monday. They cleaned up all around the work area and walked me through all of the instructions. His rates are reasonable and expected. Call Keith...he’s the man!

Great service, extremely knowledgeable. Was having trouble with a pool heater. Called Keith and answered a few questions. Keith arrived the next day and fixed the heater in 3 minutes! While he was here, he recommended some adjustment improvements to my pool settings. For a great, no-nonsense repair experience, I would highly recommend!

By the next morning the new furnace was installed and the defects from the original installation had been corrected.
