This is by far the most common question asked and also the hardest to give an accurate answer without having a complete picture of a new home build. Many people have adopted the "Price Per Square Foot" as the universal measurement of cost, however the approach used to determine this number whether asking builders, architects, or a lender is anything but universal.

We bought an Averra built home in 2012. It was in a new build 3 unit strata project in Vancouver. The quality of work and attention to detail was superb. They do not take shortcuts and truly care about the end user and the quality that goes into their builds. We would not hesitate one bit in recommending Averra Developments to anyone looking to build a new home, renovating a home or purchasing a home built by them.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE having the privilege to witnessed how Gavin & Guy, grew Averra from a seed in the mind, to what it is today. The team they have working for the clients best interest has taken over a decade to form. The vison they envision for the home you want, is no doubt their priority, all of them!
They are all working like a well oiled machine.

The scope of the project: We worked with Averra for over 3 years from the very beginning of wondering if a particular house was suitable for what we envisioned – before the house was purchased - to the completion of the project. They facilitated our connection with the architect and designer who developed the working plans for our idea. Once we had the required permits, Averra brought the plans to a reality through a complicated renovation, converting a pre-1940’s single family home to a duplex. Averra is an amazing team to work with. They’re flexible, organized, efficient, communicative, and professional every step of the way. When a challenging situation arises, they’re quick to do the due diligence needed to understand the implications and to propose viable solutions. They are honest about what they don’t know, and are open-minded and creative in investigating alternative options.
