Discovery built our home and i must say at first we were skeptical but when the process started we were so surprised on how good this guys at Discovery Homes treat their clients. We were treated like family through out the whole process. We got everything we asked below the standard market price. They put your satisfaction ahead of crazy profits. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to have a beautifully built custom home for less. Discovery built our home in 2016 and we couldn't have picked a better builder. If you guys are looking for a true custom home that is built with quality, then Discovery is the builder for you. They will design and build you your dream home. Other builders (the cookie cutter ones especially) will charge you an arm and a leg to change their designs to your liking.
