Purchased a new furnace & AC in 2011 from Wayne McCracken (Owner). He was so friendly and approachable during the sale. Starting in 2013 I had to call once a year because either my furnace or AC broke down. One year they both broke down. In 2019, I called Wayne to provide feedback on the York products and he told me he didn't want to hear it, he sold me a warranty and it always got fixed for free. A broken AC was not an emergency and I was lucky the tech came out even to look at it on a weekend. I replaced everything so I wouldn't have these difficulties but Wayne felt it necessary to raise his

Had an air conditioning issue and a technician was here within the hour. You can't ask for better then that considering that we are in the middle of a heat wave. Any time we have needed Pearson they have been there for us. I highly recommend this company!!!!

We originally had a Gas Technician appointment between 9am and 1pm. I called at 1pm and was told he would be here shortly. Well he never showed up and didn't call us to say he wasn't showing up, nice! We called back the next day and Peatson's told us they are sending someone the next day. This time 2 technicians showed up and had the job done in 50 minutes. Two weeks later received the invoice, we were charged 1.5 hours labour for each technician, a total of 3 hours for a 50 minute job. Good work but it would have been nice if the company was more upfront with what seems a minimum or flat rate
