I was told by the company that installed my heating system after the routine check that I would need a new one. So I called Peel for a second opinion. Not only did they confirm that I needed a new furnace. Emilio also showed me why. My AC lines were broken and leaking on the heat exchanger for the furnace. I was never told this by the original company. For this reason I chose to buy a new AC and heating system from them. All my interactions were positive. From the initial visit with Emilio, to Mike the salesman, to the installation with Diego and Fabian.

The sales person: Adam came to our place at the time of the appointment, he was very professional explaining us about the system, the options and giving us the right solution for our home. He wasn't pushing us to buy an specific product with the offer that expires in 3 hours, like others do to push you to buy, He was very patience and gave us the best option. and we agree.|

Shane was our technician from Peel Heating & Air Conditioning. He was very thorough with diagnosing the issue and solving the repair of our humidifier & furnace. My husband and I found Shane to be very knowledgeable and great with his recommendations. Not pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable with the service we were getting. It was a cold day and I was not getting any heat. I called Peel Heating and they sent out a technician within 2 hours. Wes was the technician who came to troubleshoot the problem and had the heat up and running in no time. He explained to me the problem and showed me how the system works. He was very informative and knew his stuff. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. Highly recommend Wes from Peel Heating. His service is exceptional!

Our furnace was having issues. First point of contact was requesting an appointment online. Promptly received a return phone call which was missed. Clear and concise message left by Peel Heating and Air Conditioning with a call back number. When I called, I was greeted by Virginia who was courteous and helpful. Very happy an appointment for the same day was arranged. From the moment the HVAC Technician, Emilio, arrived he was polite and professional. When our furnace decided to give up on us yesterday we called Peel Heating And Air Conditioning for repair. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and after inspection we knew we needed to replace our system. Within an hour Adam, the sales rep was with us explaining our options and talking us through the details of the different systems. Adam was friendly professional and knowledgeable.
