Condenser would not start.
Tech Rep Tom did a through analysis of the unit and replaced the capacitor (original 20 years old) but discovered a less than satisfactory power level. After a considerable time searching the electrical panel ,discovered the glass fuse, although not indicated as blown showed a deposit buildup on the bottom of the fuse. He had never witnessed this before.
He replaced the fuse and the unit started and is running correctly. Tom was very professional, courteous and friendly. He is an asset to his employer.

Terrible. I purchased my furnace and ac from canadian compfort almost 10 years ago and they gave me a 10 year parts and labour warranty, the owner of the company retired and sold to premier. As it turns out I have a leak in my evaporator coil in the furnace and called premier who will not honor the labour part of the warranty, they say they simply acquired the phone number not the warranties that the customers had. They want $900 plus tax to replace the part. Ridiculous as I ordered the part from carrier and have another professional doing the repair at a fraction of the price, they will never

Home comfort consultant Mike Ling came to an appointment for A/C replacement quote in May 2019 with a bad attitude. Within 10 minutes of the appointment his behavior became insulting i.e. shouting at me with "What don't you understand?" and claiming that I ask too many questions. He should not be allowed to work with customers, especially on sales side. Despite his quote being comparable to other quotes I received, I decided not to go ahead with this company.
