My husband called for a furnace clean, and the guy came on Nov. 2, 2021. He cleaned the furnace, and after he was done, he then condemned the oil tank, and put a no fill on the oil tank. So then the furnace couldn't be used because we couldn't get any more oil. My husband was estimated that a new oil tank would cost over $3000.00. If we would of been informed of the oil tank being condemned, we would of replaced the furnace with a propane one instead of having it cleaned for nothing. We received a bill for his cleaning service.
In my opinion, you would think if someone was a "professional" service

Showed up on time for initial appointment, promised a quote within a day or two...two weeks later no follow up and no response to my follow ups. Understand everyone is busy but best to just advise potential customers you don't want the work vs. stringing people along.

Always receiving a great service when I stop for gas or for my propane !

I would recommend Leonard Fuels. We got our new propane furnace from them. Their staff was very easy and good to deal with and the installers were very knowledgable, fast and professional.

Done business with them twice. Had my oil furnace installed many years ago and never had a problem with it. When my oil tank was due to be changed, i had them install a propane furnace. Great work and very friendly people there. Will hire again if i am in need again.

Fantastic and friendly people. Got my propane tanks through them at a great price. And they helped fix an error with my furnace made by the installer. Glad I chose them to deal with for my heating fuel.

Very poor with communication skills and customer service. Had asked for a estimate to replace my furnace and took long time. I had to call them to remind them and follow up with them. They promised to send me an estimate by and never got it. I complained to them and they in turn tell my insurance adjustor they did not want to work with me because I complained about them. Very childless in my opinion. If you want better service and no head aches I would suggest to find a better company to deal with.

I can’t thank Leonard Fuels enough. I was shocked to see I was on empty for my oil this morning (darn cold snap) and called them. Within an hour they were here. How’s that service !
