**I want to be clear. This 5 star review is for installation only. The jury is still out on our opinion of sales and management practices. At the moment we are barely 3 stars.
Vinay and Greg installed our heating and air conditioning this week. They arrived promptly and worked the whole day to complete the work. It was a very cold day and they had to remove all the old materials and install the new. This included having to shovel a path to the outside part of the air conditioner to remove it, over a foot of snow! Vinay explained patiently the new system and made sure the thermostat was connector

We purchased a new Lennox Furnace.
We had Steven as our sale rep and Derrick as our furnace installer. Both were extremely professional and helpful.
Derrick came on the job on time with everything he needed to get the job done correctly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and very professional about his job.
Everything went really well from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys. Definitely will use their service again for future maintenance and replacement (AC is next)

Called on Monday June 14th to have our AC seviced was told a tech would call back which he did later that day. He said he'd check to see when he could come but likely wouldn't be till Thursday or Friday. We called them again on Thursday afternoon to see if they were coming, they said they had discussed us earlier that day and would get back to us. Here it is over a month later and we are still waiting for a call back. We called another company who came and fixed it within 3 days of our call to them. Very poor service.

Called my favorite place Costco for a quote on a new furnace . They put us in touch with climate air. They were professional from start to finish.
Brian came to our home within hours of our call to access the situation. Gave us a few options and recommendations for a new furnace. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. New unit was in stock and installed quickly. Shawn the installer was amazing and went above and beyond to please us. He did a very clean install and was a total professional from start to finish. New Lenox 110,000 BTU unit is just perfect for our home.

Tom and Colin were very professional and knowledgeable. They were truly sincere in wanting the customer to be satisfied with the work done. Tom and Colin even did some duct work free of charge, that should have been done by a previous contractor. Im very satisfied with my Lennox AC, and know that I will be supported with maintenance and repair in the future.
