I have had Guaranteed do two full houses of windows and doors for me, and I have never had an issue. Someone else complained that their product came in very late this winter but I can attest that this winter was very busy for them and the manufacturer as, I too, ordered my house full in the winter. The office staff, I have found to be friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Mario is always an easy going, friendly guy that I find to be accommodating and have enjoyed doing business with over the years. I had the same installer for both homes (I requested him for the second ), Chris, is a hard worker
