Services
In 2015, Thomas Cavanagh Construction partnered with McNamee Concrete to expand its operations through creation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Cavanagh Concrete Limited. This was a natural fit for both Thomas Cavanagh Construction and McNamee Concrete. McNamee Concrete, founded in 1977 by John McNamee, was a family owned and operated organization with the upstanding values associated with Thomas Cavanagh Construction.

Rely on Cavanagh Concrete for your forming and concrete delivery and placement for footings, walls, steps, porches, basement and garage floors. Our residential scope ranges from single family homes to large subdivision development.
Our growing fleet includes tandem mixers, semi-trailer mixers, stone slingers, pump trucks, conveyor trucks, and volumetric mixers. We currently work with a variety of the top names in the trucking industry, including CAT, Mack, International, Kenworth, Peterbilt and Freightliner. All of our trucks are equipped with an experienced operator to make sure a quality product is delivered.
Ready-mix concrete is concrete manufactured at our concrete dry batch plant facilities and delivered via our tandem mixers or semi-trailer mixers. It is produced in various strengths ranging from 5MPa - 50MPa depending on specifications. The typical shelf life of ready-mix concrete is three hours from the time of batch, however it can vary depending on mix, weather conditions and project/ministry specifications.
