I've paid this company three times to visit my home. I've paid them over $1000 in costs and they have not found the solution to my issue. They've only given me non-confident theories about what might be wrong with the hook of having to bring them back for another appointment. I'm very disappointed by their services and lack of competence. When it became known that I was unhappy with the progress their office phone support became antagonistic and rude. (Although I will say their service manager still stayed professional).
I have contacted another company "Best Way Heating", and they were able to

Very poor job. They attended at our condo to clear a clogged toilet. A few weeks later (with normal use) the toilet was clogged again. They sent a plumber to have a look, he spent 5 mins at our place, promised that the toilet was 100% not the problem (i.e. it was the pipes leading to the toilet) and charged us over $250 for that trip. When a plumber from the strata spent an hour looking at it and came to the exact opposite opinion we contacted them for assistance. They did nothing and said there was nothing further they could do.

Arning!!! Check this out before you hire this company!!! They asked for credit card information upfront on the phone before they come. When asked for how much they charge, they didn't tell you the whole thing how they charge you. At the end of the job, when you see your bill, you will see they charged onsite fee, some company waived that, they charge hourly rate which didn't match what they said on the phone. They didn't tell you how much they will charge you extra for their equipment too! When I compare with other companies, this company basically charge you at least 20% more. BTW, when I asked

Do NOT hire this company or their sister company the HighMark Plumbing. They will tell you that you need work done that is not necessary & their reports are not accurate!!! BEWARE
Please take the time to read before hiring!
We contacted High Mark to come diagnose some drainage issues we were having on our property. They assured me they were experts we were in good hands.
They were scheduled to arrive in the finally showed up late in the afternoon. However, it was not High Mark (who had decent reviews online) who showed up it was the Lillie family (who we have since learned is a sister company

Go elsewhere-Super expensive, fail to fully disclose their fees and are unresponsive when trying to resolve issues. I had a call out on New Year's Eve..was told cost would be $220/hr for the first hour and $110 per hour thereafter....Plumber spent an hour and diagnosed problem and I was billed $220 PLUS a $140 callout fee....I questioned the $140...told me to call head office. New plumber arrived a few days later with replacement part (and the spare I had requisitioned). He promptly broke the part, so we installed the spare. Total install time was 15 minutes. I get a bill for $110 for an hour's
