My heat was off for the night as the pro series thermometer was locked. They then informed me I would have to pay for a service call and then pay for a new thermometer as it was probably defective - but it is only a year old. I called your office this morning and the person that helped me got the instructions out of a new thermometer box and within 5 minutes I had the heat back on.
