Normally I would give Reive 5 stars as they have helped me out in the past. This time I called them because I had a slow flush. Someone came the next day which was great, guy was there for about 12 minutes and said there was calcium build up but things were working. Great! $99 dollars but i was happy to have it done. Noticed the downstairs toilet was now overflowed... called them to come back and look and they said they didn't have the right snake to do the job and passed me off. Um, ? really disappointing to have paid for something, and now have an exacerbated problem with no solution. Doesn't

There was a fault on our hot water tank New Years eve, so I phoned Reive’s to see if someone could come take a look at it. Spoke to Dell and he said to maybe just check and see if the exhaust pipe was frozen up or full of snow and clear it if so and then reset the tank and see if it worked, which it did! He was more than willing to come check it out, but didn’t want to charge us if it was something simple like that. Will definitely be calling Reive for future plumbing needs as they seem like a really honest outfit with great employees.

Found this company to be super unprofessional. Had a call to my condo unit for a leak. The plumber who showed up informed the tenant that the leak was caused by an issue in the building. However, the owner Brian told the condo association it wasn’t their fault. When I asked Brian why he had done this he informed me that my tenant “must have misunderstood what the plumber told her”. However, I have a text verifying exactly what the plumber said.
Now the real shady part......When I asked to speak with the plumber who actually did the work in my unit, Brian refused to tell me the plumbers name

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
AVOID THIS COMPANY. My experience with this company was very frustrating. Reive Plumbing & Heating Ltd. lacks proper communication between their staff/ plumbers in regards to scheduling appointments for plumbing work. There are much better and more accountable plumbing companies out there. Do not settle for this one.

Terrible business, only about a year after they installed a boiler in my house, they had to be called for issues I was having (not their something they did with install). But when they arrived they had no knowledge on the unit they had installed, and had to call the manufacturer to run them through very basic setting changes (something I would have done myself if they had just told me they knew nothing about). After expressing the fact the warranty was still valid, they decided to bill for diag (which had no diagnostic and results that did not work) which later resulted in damaging my pressure
