I am sitting here writing this review while waiting for MY Service Company to arrive. They were supposed to be here an hour and a half ago. No call, no nothing.
And this isn’t the first time. We had been scheduled for an appointment at 1pm last Friday. They called us to see if they could push the time a bit later and we agreed that a 3:00-ish appointment would work. At 4pm, we received a call from the tech saying he was just leaving Coaldale. That would have put him here at around 4:30pm. He added that we were the only ones he was coming out for and since we had supper plans, we told him we

Cory, Ben and Tina have been amazing to work with. I had to call in the team to assist with an emergency water main burst, and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Not only were the repairs done quickly and with minimal impact; they took extra effort to ensure that the extra work that needed to be done was cost effective and best for… the home. They were in great communication with me, the emergency cleanup crew and my insurance company. 1000% I recommend for any HVAC or plumbing needs. I've never been more impressed and put at ease.

Really impressed with the service and agility of My Service Company in Lethbridge today. I had a tech out super quickly for a furnace that wouldn't turn on. Lachlan was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to solve the problem after quick diagnostics. On top of that he took the time to clean up and tune up the furnace a little bit. We literally just became homeowners and I was dreading the service fee for furnace repair but it was WELL worth it. I love that they tell you the cost upfront. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully don't need to anytime soon).

Great experience. Lach came in to fix my water heater. I asked about cost/benefit of just getting a new water heater and he let me know that we weren't there yet and fixed my existing one. He even sent a text with picture of where I needed to clean the lint filter on the heater. He also cleaned my furnace flame just because he was already there and it was a quick fix. Above and beyond and AMAZING customer service! Will use again.

My boyfriend and I recently bought an older house and knew of a couple small issues with the pipes downstairs. As I know nothing about this stuff I resorted to google and found this company and read some AWESOME reviews of the staff and work being done. Ben in particular was a highly recommended person so when I made the call I asked to have him come fix our drain pipe and even though it may have been a small and simple fix, he explained everything in great detail and made me feel confident about the work that was done. I would highly recommend this company, and Ben to do any work that is needed
