Still Point Architecture began as an architectural design firm in 1997 when the principal, Drew Rose, Architect AIBC, decided that he wanted to move from a large firm where he had worked for eleven years, to set up his own practice. Drawing on his many years of experience as a contractor and builder on the British Columbia coast, Drew began to focus on the design of waterfront and coastal residences.
To date, we've been involved in a large number of projects ranging in size and located around the province of British Columbia. Still Point Architecture has designed residential, vacation and retirement homes, as well as multi-family, commercial, office, resort and educational facilities. We also work on a variety of renovation projects - from large to small (adding space, re-purposing space, and creating the right space for your needs).

Our firm, Still Point Architecture, has an office in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia and has worked in various locations in Western Canada, with an emphasis on island and waterfront homes and buildings.
Contract and construction project administration is a key phase in the building of a home - it can make the difference between a successful project or one that has more challenges than most of us want. Still Point Architecture can help you administer your project contract. Once the house or building pre-design and program are complete and you have approved them, we move into the design and construction phases of our architecture services.
