When Ben came to give me the estimate he was professional and explained exactly what they would be pruning.
When they did come out to prune my huge tree they were expedient in their work, professional and cleaned everything!

Finally, I can rate an outdoor service with a 5 :-) Mr. Hamm, the owner of this business came in to give us a an estimate and actually stayed 30-45 MINUTES (yes, more than 15) and looked at the older trees (a Spruce and Black Maple, both well over 30 years old) we needed cut. He talked with us about the work that it would entail (him needing to call Epcor, us Shaw Cable so there was no risk of tree limbs damaging wire) and given the height told us he would also want his "aerial guy" to make sure it would be possible to do without major equipment.
