Our showroom is open 6 days a week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. We are one of the very few staircase renovation companies in Toronto that have a Showroom. Inside our Showroom, customers can look at displays of various stairs and flooring components and staircases, allowing for better project planning and an easy one stop shop location.
We have a wide range of products and services. From Staircase designing and manufacturing, to installation; to sanding and staining stairs; to flooring (hardwood, laminate, engineered); and to railings and spindle designing and creation. Our core strength is fine woodworking. Specializing in design and custom manufacturing, we are able to produce tailored components and finish specific to each clients needs.
Precision woodworking is our core business. With our custom manufacturing warehouse and professional installation crew, we can refinish your stairs in approximately 3 days. We specialize and manufacture most elements to a staircase, including treads (steps), posts, spindles (balusters, or pickets) and handrails.

These guys are truly amazing. Not only did they finish the job while I had other contractors in and out of the house. They even came back after to touch up all the stratches and paint stains left by the other contractors. They came back even after I said it was ok as it wasnt their fault and I would get it fixed. They didnt accept my offer they have pride in the work they do and want to make sure its up to their highest standard.

The entire team at Ideal Stairs provided absolutely over the top professional service in converting our carpeted Staircase to hardwood. The work team was always on time, worked diligently throughout the day and thoroughly cleaned the workspace afterwards each day. Very very pleased with the new staircase. I'm very meticulous and am highly particular when it comes to detail, and Ideal Stairs exceeded my expectations. Not only was the final product beautiful, but their workers were very professional, gave lots of attention to detail, and always cleaned up thoroughly after themselves each day before they left.

My experience with Rajan and his crew was incredibly positive! They installed 800 square feet of engineered hardwood floors and 28 steps in my townhouse. They matched the engineered hardwood floors to the oak steps perfectly (as can be seen in one of the pictures I uploaded).
Most importantly, the quality of their workmanship and their professionalism made the effort of having to write a review more than worth taking.
