STS is very busy and it took time to get open slot to perform full day of work for a full crew. Work was professionally completed and clean up was thorough. Some branches fell into neighbouring lot and in area behind our shed. When mentioned to STS team these were removed and cleaned up couple of weeks afterwards as requested and another cleanup done of area.
Team members and staff are highly experienced, know their trees and understand their work. They are friendly, provide advice and listen to the customer. They have tools and equipment to deal with unique needs of each lot or property.

Crew is organized and work well as a team. The owners care about their business as they attend the site to provide an estimate and to determine logistics for the work to be done. They show up at the site on the scheduled date to ensure all is proceeding as planned. They are not the least expensive , nor are they the most expensive, but they offer good value for the cost. We used their services twice in 2021, very satisfied both times.

I am very happy to have contracted STS Tree Service to remove the 2 trees in my back yard that were old and leaning on to the house. As an engineer myself, I can say that the whole job was handled very professionally and all work completed as agreed and on time. Above all the post work cleanup was amazing. Jack, Virginia, Joshua and the whole STS team deserve special praise for the excellent work. Will again use STS Tree Services team, if needed, and are highly recommend from my side

We have been using STS Tree Services for many years and have always had exceptional service. Virgina, Jack and their entire team are a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, well mannered, and great work ethics. They always go beyond and above my expectations. Their goal is to always make sure that you are completely satisfied from start to finish. They did an exceptional job in cutting back our hedges that started covering the sidewalk. Recently, a few weeks ago, we had STS coming over to our house for Tree Pruning / Trimming of Sugar Maple at our front. We chose STS because of their positive google reviews and they did not dissapoint . Jack, Virginia, Joshua & Team are just wonderful and I will engage them again for any tree services. What i liked most, was their professionalism which reflects in their due diligence at work. They came, did all required trimming and left without a leaf on our driveway. Spotless clean and the tree looks great with no hazard to roof , likely for a good number of years.

STS did a wonderful job in our backyard with trees and shrubs. They pruned the two big trees and shrubs perfectly and removed the two medium sized trees quickly and with ease. Most importantly they cleaned up all the brush and left our backyard in immaculate condition. We really appreciated their excellent customer service for a job well done at a reasonable price.

Virginia & Jack and their team did a wonderful job trimming my enormous oak. My goal was to increase light into my yard. They listened to my requests but also made suggestions that would help keep the tree viable for years to come. The crew was pleasant and worked well as a very effective team. The tree and property (yard, driveway, etc) were left in amazing cleaned condition. I look out at my oak and smile as I know that it will continue to grow and be healthy and add to the richness of our environment. Thanks guys. I would highly recommend the STS Trees team.

After 3 different quotes for tree service, we decided to hire STS for the second time to prune/maintain our very tall and mature trees. Only STS provided a written quote. The other 2 were verbal quotes. In 2013 STS removed a 30-foot maple tree, remove 30-foot ash tree, prune/maintain a 50+ year old silver maple tree. Dealing with Jack, Virginia, and Josh is easy and without hassles or surprises. The entire team is very professional. Each worker knew their responsibility and role, they all communicated
