My tenants had some concerns with the plumbing in my downtown Toronto condo. Jim stopped by and quickly discovered the problem was with the plumbing in the building. They came to my home to clear the main drain. They came as an emergency on a weekend. I was quoted $400. They arrived on time, but, the job took 10 minutes . When I complained that the price was way too high for the service time, they said that is the quoted price. I note that two other companies could do the job for $250, but, were not available until later in the day. Because I had people coming to the house I had to get the drains functioning. They did a proper job, but their services are much too costly.

We had a sewer backup right before Christmas, the city came and scoped the exterior line and verified it wasn’t a city issue it was in the house. So we called these guys and they were awesome. Came right away, snaked the interior line and had the issue fixed in 30 min. Highly recommend them, Marchello was great.

Our basement drains backed up for the first time ever in the 40 years we have owned this house. I searched on-line and found Waterman Drain. The company was amazing. Very competent. Quick to visit and identify the problem (a collapsed trap). Mr Steve is a great man. The company is doing fantastic. Offered me the best price between many companies that I called in .. Started the project in 24 hours. They are licensed.. Got all required permit from city very quickly to do my plumbing work. The site was at Woodbine and Danforth (Strathmore Blvd). Fixed the problem in few hours. Our family is really happy to find this company from Internet. They are extremely friendly about cost and payments.
