Need vinyl for my bathroom we only needed a small piece remnants Barry told us in his whole Warehouse he has nothing that isn't somebody elses. He speaks over top of everybody and doesn't let people speak he done it to my wife speaking over her and he done it to me. He's trying to sell us click vinyl which we don't want he's trying to force it on to us to take it. I would personally stay clear. The only thing that store has going for it is Debbie she is an amazing woman and is extremely helpful

After going to numerous Carpet store’s we ended up at Carpet-Towne and thank goodness we did. Where me met Debbie, who showed us exactly what we asked and were looking for. Debbie came out two days later and measured up for us, today we had it laid by a super nice guy called Alie, who takes pride in his job and did a wonderful job, could not be more pleased. A big thank you to Debbie and Alie at Carpet-Towne Pickering 😊

We have had Carpet Towne install carpet & hardwood throughout our house. Returned after having done 80 percent of our house in hardwood to get pricing on the remaining rooms. Front desk was clueless.and owner could be heard yelling at someone, a customer I believe,.on the phone. Saw the "installers needed" sign and that signaled time to leave. A shame whe we want to support local business and they get on like this.

We did the entire house flooring replacement, went from all carpet to LVP in most areas and caret in some. We dealt with Paul Lavallee and the whole project took a little over 3 months from measurement to final installation but the covid had major role in sample and product delay. We started doing the comparison and had over 10 different quotes / pricing for different items and Paul provided me fair pricing and patiently helped arrange 3 different installation to complete the project. I loved the fact they had so many brands to choose from !

Debbie Broomer came to my home. She measured the place for free. I also went to Lowe's and paid $40. The gent from Lowe's eventually came here and said you have to take out your own carpet - you have to remove the basement sink, etc. etc. I can't believe I spent $40 just for him to tell me all the obstacles they have and how they charge for this, that and the other thing. I might have just as well flushed 40 bux down the toilette.

Customer satisfaction: ZERO!!!
After checking out the business online, I submitted a request for an in-home consultation (as advertised on their home page) for the installation of a carpet runner for stairs.
I was asked to provide pictures and measurements, and choose the desired carpet from the store.
Showed up and dealt with Brenda who had answered my request for in-home consultation.
The only width of runners was 26 inches, which would be insufficient for wide stairs, she countered with, "that's the conventional width". When asked for a sample to take home, none were available. When asked

A few years ago I gave this company $6,000 of my money to install an high quality vinyl flooring in my condo. Poor application. A question I had to Andy was not a problem and would only cost $250 more. I took his advice. After application this concern I had became apparent. A number of attempts to solve this problem were unsuccessful. Andy did not return my calls and did not turn up through an appointment made through his store. They don't know me. BE AWARE.

Thanks Andy for a great experience! From the moment I walked into the store to the final installation - the service and product are outstanding. I had carpet installed in my master bedroom and basement and I absolutely love it.

I have always found the staff at Carpet Towne to be well informed and very helpful. I have recommended them in the past and have only had very favorable comments from those I have recommended them too. I would not hesitate to use them in the future! Our recent experience with the Pickering location was very disappointing and unproductive. Our Whitby location, which was excellent and why we pursued this company to begin with, has closed unfortunately. Arranged for a measurement quotation for 5pm on a Monday, at which time the salesman called to say he was serving a customer who came in "without… " an appt and did we still want him to come?? Ah, do you want my business or not, bad customer service #1. A week later, no response, no quote, we called and he still hadn't done it, it's a 12x20 rectangular room, not complicated. Started guessing
