I had Bridgeman Plumbing and heating install a gas on demand hot water heater, gas dryer hook up, patio BBQ hook up as well as a 4 ton central ducted heat pump HVAC system. They had all items and related materials in stock! And they did the job in the promised amount of time. Very happy customer.

Incredibly rude customer service. I attempted to reach them multiple times and although they claimed to have sent me an email that was never received, the person on the phone was extremely defensive and non apologetic. They also continued to be defensive and condescending about the issue I was having. I will not be going through them again, and I do not recommend this business. I paid this company 330 dollars for a one hour job, and this is the kind of response I receive….extremely unprofessional.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. Worst company we have ever dealt with.
Bridgeman Plumbing quoted, sold and installed a mini split heat pump with three indoor units. Bridgeman Plumbing appears to have no qualified HVAC Refrigeration Technicians, another company was sent to charge and enable the system. Also the heat pump was never… tested after installation.
The indoor unit in our bedroom made a ticking sound, even when all three units were powered off. Bridgeman Plumbing technical staff came out twice and were unable to resolve the heat pump problem. Chris Bridgeman recommended

I had a hot water tank replaced and an estimate to install a heat pump system in the house. Jordan installed the tank and was very professional and friendly as well as Ryan who inspected the house for the heat pump. Both were very knowledgeable. Bridgeman’s pricing was better than other companies I checked out.

My Boiler failed overnight. No Heat or Hot Water. My regular suppliers were all too busy for at least a week. On-line I found that Bridgeman serviced Veissmann Boilers. Bridgeman had an extremely competent tech at my house & fixed it that morning. I will be using them for all my future plumbing!

I have used Bridgeman for a variety of jobs over the past few years and have always found them to be accommodating and reliable. I am not sure where they price out compared to other places but have always felt I was getting a fair deal. When I have had a couple emergencies, they have always been able to move their schedules around and help me out.

I have used Bridgeman for some gas work and bathroom reno rough in plumbing.
Work was good and their trades did a good job.
One point I would have them consider is have only one person in the office responsible for the scheduling. This way things don't get missed.

After seeing this company’s commercials and hearing from others, I called Bridgeman Plumbing and Heating to enquire about getting a quote to have a heat pump installed in my home. I was told that John was out doing a quote but would call me when he got back to the office. After waiting two days, I called back and was told John was in a meeting. … It’s now almost a week later and I still haven’t heard back. I called other companies and within 48 hours was able to have 4 written quotes and installation has been scheduled. I will not ever be doing business with Bridgeman Plumbing

Had them in my home to repair a direct vented gas fireplace. They did a spectacular job replaced the regulator in my 4 year old fireplace. Did a thorough inspection of it, cleaned it and looks like new again. They are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done right away. Very knowledgeable. Had another company 3 weeks prior the… service tech had to go to his van for 20 min to google a series of trouble shooting steps ..... not even kidding kicked them out and called Bridgeman ! Best move ever you will forever be our first call !
