We have called on Phil Ballam Plumbing several times over the past several years and have always been very happy with their prompt professional service and the servicemen. The last time was to dig up a water line on our property to the house that was leaking. One time was a leaking water heater New Year's Day! They have saved the day !!

I don't understand. I have used this company for years and they have been great. The guys that have come to my work and home have been just great. Fast, professional, courteous.
Today I called for the third time about a small job I have needed done for over 6 weeks now. The lady said she doesn't know why they guys won't call me back to set up a time or come by. I asked her to tell me if they are too busy to help me out and she replied, "WE'RE TOO BUSY."
Thanks for just telling your customers to take a hike.
