Horrible customer service. Waited outside for almost an hour for a sales rep to call me. No one called me! They close at 4:30pm they let a customer out at 4:20pm so I called back and they told me everyone went home and I was still outside so I was watching and no one went home but because they wanted to leave a few minutes early they said everyone went home. My question would have taken a whole 2 minutes to answer and the best the woman on the phone could tell me is they will call me in the morning and I can come back tomorrow. Sorry but I work for a living and I can't come back tomorrow. I know

Weston Flooring just completed the installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the house on the main level and finished basement. I was unsure how it would turn out based on the color we chose. But once it was installed by their expert installers it looks amazing! Very happy with the product and install team.

I was looking for 2 boxes of flooring that had been discontinued for a renovation . Weston Flooring was the only place that took the time to look for me. They contacted Mirage and were able to locate a needle in a haystack. Vicenza was happy to help and graciously went above and beyond. She took the time to locate and have the flooring shipped to me in Northern Ontario. I am so impressed with their outstanding customer service and highly recommend them. They truly make the customer feel important.

They have a really good selection and the service was great as well. Weston Flooring installed the floor and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Overall their sales team and installers made sure everything met our expectations - I would highly recommend this company who really takes pride in their work.
