Shawn Sider and the team at Sider Bros. do extraordinary work. They finished our basement and remodeled our kitchen and living room, and we could not be more pleased with the experience and the finished product. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is without peer. Sider Bros. built our cottage for us on Lake Erie. After a year and a half of interviewing builders we settled on Shawn Sider and crew. The quality of their work is impeccable. We decided on a budget as well as a start date and end date and all were met. Our cottage is roughly 5000 square feet and as we live in Utah we knew we couldn’t be on the job site very often. In the 10 months it took Sider Bros. to build our cottage we only visited the job site twice. All of Shawn’s contractors were outstanding. 35 Years ago Lorry and I purchased a summer home on the Canadian Lakeshore. It was a 70 year old home that was indeed a "Fixer upper".
