We needed a railing installed outside on the back steps of our house. We also needed 3 light fixtures replaced as well as the toilet tank mechanism. The fellow who came was thorough and careful doing the work, and was able to do all of these various tasks. He was polite and on time.

Made a phone call to book an appointment for an estimate, no answer. So made an appointment through the website. Got an email saying I was confirmed. Me and my neighbor scheduled time off during the work week to attend appointment. Received a phone call 4 days before appointment and was asked questions about my project. Apparently a 72' fence with 2 sets of gates is to small of a job for them to come by and quote. I couldn't get a simple price for linear feet on a fence. Appointment was canceled on their end through email.

Very competent approach to home repairs (handyman jobs), and that is almost impossible to find. They responded quickly, politely, and with amazing competence. Their workers are +++reliable. They told us up front what they would do and what they would charge extra for; what the charges would be, etc.

This was the first reno that we have done in our home and it was of 2 bathrooms. We found the communication with Renodreams to be very good and kept us up to date with the process as it went. The 2 fellows doing the work were very professional and the quality was very high. At the end of their work day they left area cleaned . They were very respectful of our home. The work was done efficiently and in the time frame stated and was beautiful at the end of it all!
