We worked with Marino several years ago and wanted to continue with our renovation. Working with the team again was such a wonderful experience. Steve, Meredith and our project manager Peter (Harding) were right there to help us move our renovation along. They were always on time never late. We always knew that they were looking out for our best interest and that it was important for us to be satisfied.
Rest assured - over the last 32 years we've refined the Marino Method from start to finish. First meeting with client where scope of work, budget, goals, and estimated schedule are discussed. Information gathered from the initial consultation is used to create a preliminary proposal, which outlines client background and requirements, a detailed scope of work, estimate, and schedule for client review and approval.

Marino GC is the best GC I've ever worked on every front: knowledge, experience, long-term happy employees, loyalty, care, and craftsmanship far beyond the norm. But it goes beyond that, what GC makes sure there are flowers in the house when the customer arrives to the finished reno? If every renovation went like this! They really do care about their customers and the project, and go above and beyond to accommodate quirky requests.

Last Spring, Marino was recommended to us for our exterior siding remodelling after we couldn’t get any reply from our former contractor and several others. As it turns out, it was the best recommendation we could have hoped for! Steve and Meredith were great to work with from the first site visit to the finished project. We secured Marino General Contracting to build our new 2000 sq.ft. office for Pospischil Realty Group. We found Steve and Joe Marino seasoned veterans in customer service and professionalism.
