I’ve used Zuliani Glass countless times in the past and had been delighted by their professionalism and high quality.
At the beginning of May, I contacted them to have custom glass created for a bakery section. Dale was assigned to us and came out to measure and assured us he would send us a quote within 24 hours. It is now May 20, and I cannot get a hold of him. I have called 20+ times to even just speak to him, and to be told at 11 am - “oh, he’s at lunch, he’ll be back at 4pm.” “Oh, we’ve left him 3 messages, he’ll call you back”.
This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional

Don't waste your time with them , takes forever until someone would stop by ( if they stop by ) to quote you . By the way they hang up the phone on you when you call to follow up.

They’re kinda expensive, glass isn’t always polished around edges. They take a bit longer than they quote on time, always. But they’re fair and for that I give them a 4 star 💫 rating

Very slow service. I ordered two pieces of identical glass that was in stock and it took them two weeks to have it ready. They are happy to take your money, but if you do not call them and ask, they sometimes don't even call you. I have had problems with the last 3 orders ive made. Never buying from there again.
