Great customer experience and service! I called for quotes from various companies for glass replacement and received only one response, then we were referred to Bayview. Bayview came out and measured, and provided a price before we had to commit. They matched our etching on our glass perfectly with the rest of our home. Will definitely recommend!

Full of lies and poor correspondence, have been wraith over 8 weeks for a replacement for a cracked windshield and numerous failures from them returning calls, showing up to replace glass and failing to call customer when they did not show up all the while keeping customer waiting for 12 plus hours.
Extremely poor service and lies, called car dealership and they confirmed information as to when glass was in and who broke glass that came in.
Do not use nor trust what they have to say.

We had Bayview do both our bathrooms when we built our new home and they did a great job. So when it came to the wine cellar we had them back. The wine cellar had a uniquely shaped large piece of glass as well as a large panel in the door. They had a large picture sandblasted in the door with wine glasses and it was absolutely awesome. The entire… job was beyond our expectations and the installation crew were professional and left the house spotless. I would highly recommend Bayview for your next project, no matter how complex. You won’t be disappointed.

I needed some custom glass panels for my stair railing. I contacted them by email and they promptly responded. It wasn't long before I had the measurements to them and they had everything cut and delivered. It all fit perfectly and the price was better than I anticipated. Thanks for the great experience. Worst customer service ever! When they make a mistake on your order, they try to put it on you. Justin and his production manager are about as dumb as a box of nails! The production manager claims he has 30 years experience. He’d better go back to school, or pick another hobby! I’ll be telling everyone in the Trades to stay away from Bayview Glass as they are incompetent and ignorant! Do not use this company!

Horrible experience with this company. The shower that I paid $1700 for was not like they sold me. The channel was supposed to sit 2 inches from the outside edge of the tile to hide a grout line, and I was very specific on how I wanted the shower installed. The door they put in is 2 1/2 inches too short. They left metal shavings in the shower… that my girlfriend cut her foot on. They also left the cut off material from the channel that is knife sharp outside on the porch, and sidewalk that our dog sliced his paw open and we had to take him to the Vet.

We had our bathroom and basement redone last year, which was mostly a horrible experience (reviews on those businesses to come soon), but we had no issues whatsoever with Bay-View. We had them install a large beveled mirror at our vanity. They came when they said they would for both the measurement and the installation. Their price was great. Installation was smooth. Highly recommended.
