We originally went to another store for kitchen flooring, however, they could not serve us as we used them before under Home Depot. Since we will never use Home Depot again we went down the street. There were good safety measures in place and quick service. No flooring installed yet but, so it far so good.

Scheduled these people to measure for flooring and they didn't show up. The manager promised to call back early afternoon to reschedule later that day, but then never called and never rescheduled. Ordered bathroom tile here, with specific product code, and they managed to get a completely a different product. Ordered engineered hardwood flooring, and some of the boxes were of the wrong floor; the contractors still had to be paid $50/hour to not work. Ordered carpet here, and they arbitrarily decided not to follow their own proposed plan and put a large seem down the center of the room. The salesman

Went here after being having a very disappointing and stressful experience with the contractor we initially hired to do our carpeting. Went in to the store, and got assisted by Bernie Gold. He was very helpful, had actual suggestions (Not just... oh everything's good), and was straight forwards and prompt. Came in Saturday and looked at samples, called Monday and asked him to come to a no obligation estimate of our basement for carpeting, called Tuesday afternoon to confirm we wanted to go ahead with it, and carpet was installed by Thursday afternoon! After visiting many carpet stores we were lucky to find this one. We bought a beautiful carpet at a very fair price. Excellent friendly service. The owner was very fair and helpful. Excellent customer service by Bernie who also delivered the carpets. I can only give them 5 starts but they really deserve more.
However, later when I returned to them for hardwood flooring Bernie had left (or on vacation) and promises made by her replacement were all broken. He did not even returned my calls on time saying that he is too busy so I dropped them and went for another.
