We did worked for Jay for almost 2 years,on mutiple occasion we were told to lie about what had been done(wrong wood,wrong varnish...)jay is a nice guy but doesnt know much about flooring he's just trying to make as much money as he can on a job doesnt care about the rest,once you gave him your deposit good luck with getting things done when its supposed to,i have never met a custommer that was happy when we showed up every custommer were very unhappy about their experiences and i did lost a lot of money because Jay felt he was not obligated to pay the whole invoices.

HI everyone! I felt a need to post a review as we had a horrific experience with this company. I feel that I need to make the public aware that this company has extremely low standards with regards to quality of work, quality of product , and quality of customer service. Jay cheaped out on everything he ordered and then tried to charge us more for those items. He even admitted it in a text he sent me. He felt that since we are selling our home then why am I worried about quality?? I couldn't believe that he would actually say such a thing! I mean I AM paying for this project! It has been a huge

Jay and his team did a great job with our floors, which I had refinished in November 2020 when our home was empty after we just purchased it. I waited a while to post a review as I wanted to see the longevity, but it's been amazing so far. It's a night and day difference and we always get compliments on how great they look. I will be using this company in the future when I need any other flooring done. Bravo!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never encountered such unprofessional, dishonourable service. I'm not sure if the positive reviews are fake or there has been some drastic shifts recently, but I advise everyone to stay far away from this company.
We contracted Advantage to install a few damaged wood planks in front of our fridge. When the contractor arrived he said the fridge would need to be moved and moved it. We've had a very pleasant experience with Advantage Flooring from day one when we contacted them for an estimate. Always responded timely and professionally, even though that was during their busiest time of the year. The hardwood was delivered on time, the installation started as promised and the crew managed to do all the work in 3 days instead of 4 as it was originally estimated. All work was done with professionalism and high quality and they even accommodated an extra request from us, which was another half day of work.
