I bought my hardwood here and I was on a tight budget. Joseph never gave up and did everything he could to meet my budget, he even came in under budget. The store refused to accept a return of two unopened boxes of good quality engineered flooring. The flooring was natural oak color so apparently no issues on that score. It was a substantial order from a $$ point of view. First time in my experience that a flooring company has refused a return of unopened boxes. I would recommend that any buyer take very precise measurements before ordering from these people.
