Our furnace broke down on a Sunday night when it was -30. Gavin was great- he sent help right away. Stefan came out, gave us options and tried to fix but ultimately, we needed a new furnace. He made sure we had heat overnight and set us up. Dan came out the next morning(with Gavin and Stefan doing double duty)- install was quick, efficient and friendly- professional all the way round- they have new customers for life! Don't bother looking anywhere else- these guys are great!

Price doubled from quote to final bill and the installed helped himself to a bunch of my dvd's I had stored in the basement. They said "you don't need a humidifier with this model", I have had a can of water at the vent all winter long every year since! The way they treat customers, I can't believe they're not a political party!

Recently replaced my HE gas furnace and water heater. It's always a pleasure to call Provincial and Gavin answers the phone, he is so friendly and accommodating. I bought a new Carrier furnace in July 2018 and keep up with my yearly maintenance and each and every associate I deal with is extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. I feel great trust in this company and so glad I chose Provincial, I chose Provincial because of a recommendation from a co-worker who also was satisfied with their service. Our A/C unit died at the beginning of the heat wave. We called a repair company only to find out our unit needs replacing. The company offered to replace our unit, but did not follow through.
Several days later we contact Gavin at Provincial Heating who comes out that day to measure + size a new unit.
Two days after that Dan + Mike installed the new unit and hauled away the old, dead one.
Due to the high outside temp of 39C it took about 36 hours for our new unit to cool the house down to 20C. We are one happy, satisfied family of two adults + three dogs.

Top notch all the way! Sure you might be able to shop around and save a couple of dollars, but you get what you pay for. Provincial Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and other than having a new working unit, you'd never even know they were even in our home. Technicians walked us through every part of the instalation and even vacuumed before they left. I would highly recommend Provincial Heating and Cooling for a furnace installation. You won't be sorry!

Of all the quotes I obtained and techs/sales people I met, Provincial was an easy choice. The price quoted was incomparable for the products, service and sincere care and regard I recieved. Gavin the gm is very personable and easy to talk to and all the technicians were very very nice, patient and helpful! If you are having doubts or concerns about which company to go with if you're wanting an a/c installed this year I highly recommend Provincial.

We had issues with our air conditioner and Gavin was super great at responding so fast and getting someone out. Michael came out and fixed us up! Seriously can you get a more awesome guy? Well the whole company I have to say are all super great, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Well our furnace decided to take a hike on us 2 days ago. I am sure happy that it was not -30c . Hubby called Provincial heating and got service right away. Gavin was great and explained to us what we needed. Dan (foreman)and mike the installers where here the next day. Great guys and they did a good clean job. Explained everything we needed to know.

I am not normally a person for a review but I think that Provincial should be commended, especially that of employees Gavin (who we dealt with when purchasing the new furnace) and Dan (the installer). Gavin, was extremely personable, and knowledgeable, and helped us narrow down which furnace would be best for my needs.Given the choices, he made it… much easier.
