My name is Dan Edwards. I have been in the moving industry about 10 years, I started at small companies in Edmonton doing everything the hard way and eventually ended up working with a crew who have all been doing this all their lives. I was lucky to have the opportunity to learn the smart way of doing things from the right Edmonton movers and I am now using that knowledge to provide even better service independently.
There are no reviews on my website. That's because its MY website. I can put whatever I want on it, and so can any other Edmonton movers on theirs. These reviews are verified and tracked in some way, making them a more legitimate way to show our prospective clients our level of service. If you are willing to go through this all, just to help me build my business I truly thank you.
There is a major difference between Professional moving companies and other freelance movers. When movers have no internet or review based presence, there is nothing you can do if things go wrong. How do you warn other consumers? How do you get compensated for damages that the movers are liable for?
There is a reason that time needs to be charged for. Let's say I charge $100/hr. On a very small move, if we get there and the whole thing takes an hour, your bill is would only be $100. Now on a larger move, the travel offsets what the actual hourly rate would be when not accounting for smaller moves.

You won't regret working with Pro Service Moving! My husband and I booked them to move from our 2 bedroom apartment to a house, and the move was complete within 3 hours! They arrived on time (even a little early), and wasted no time at all—they moved us start to finish without a break (despite offering), and they were friendly and professional :) As for cost, we were charged exactly what Dan had described when we booked, with no hidden fees, and it was *significantly* less than any quote we had received from other companies!

Dan and his team at Pro Service Moving were awesome in getting our entire condo moved into our new house. They were very reasonable, and came prepared. They took great care of our belongings, and special care to not damage the flooring or trim in the house. I was shocked at how quickly they move. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for movers!

Dan and his colleague helped us moving in October 2018 and I would truly recommend their services. They arrived on time, load everything carefully and unloaded everything with care. Dan moved us out of a condo into a house last year and was awesome! He and his team were professional, punctual and efficient. Not a single thing was damaged or broken during the move.
This year when we needed to move again Dan was unavailable but he took the time to give us some recommendations on who else we could try to call that he knew would be reliable and good.
I would 100% recommend Dan and his team for your move!

Dan and his moving company are absolutely five star quality. I would have given them a six if I could have. But five plus it is. Dan and his helper are two of the hardest working individuals I have ever met! Don’t be fooled by their size. They are, in view, stronger than the muscle bound guys at the gym. They are pleasant, professional and courteous. They take tremendous care of your belongings and are always on time and ready to work. I will definitely use Dan again. No hesitation. I was so impressed with Pro Service Moving and honestly can't find fault with a single thing. They were professional, helpful, friendly, and reasonable and everything was done on time. Dan (owner) made this process so much easier than I expected - as I was making this move on my own. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
