I had a sleeping opposum on my sun porch. I called 311 and several other services. I was told by everyone that they will page a technician and get back to me. 4 hours later, no return call or technician. A friend gave me Guardian’s number and within 1 hour, a technician was at my door. Nick Curry was professional, friendly and quick. I was so scared and close to tears when he showed up to save the day!!!

I am so glad that I contacted your organization. Twice in the past month I called to complain about a pest that was ravaging my lawn and some kind of bug that was infesting the outside of my kitchen window. Both times Nathan Comanse came out, inspected and consulted me. He informed me that I didn't have moles or voles only rabbits and what I could do to correct it if they haven't already left and that the bug infestation was japanese beetles not some kind of creature that was a cross between a fly and a ladybug and what I needed to do to solve that issue. All of this was done without charge!
