If you live in downtown toronto the chances are likely that at some point, you are going to need the services of someone to help keep the critters, of all sorts, at bay. Our neighborhood had a lot of demolition of old warehouses and suddenly after decades of bliss, the whole neighborhood was confronted with pest challenges. They have a warranty for the event they can't exterminate your pest. Ours wasn't exterminated and we contacted them. They ghosted us and haven't returned to fulfill their obligation.
Update:. They reached out to me after I posted the review. They had been backed up due to a variety of factors and fulfilled their obligation to follow up on my warranty.

This company was the only company I called that fit me in their busy schedule within a couple of days.
I had called several others and the wait was two to three weeks. They were very Professional, Polite and

I usually don't write reviews but the service we received was exceptional. We had a hornet's nest in our front porch and several of them stung my husband and younger son... we called late in the evening and they came out in about 1 hour ... they removed the nest, and checked around the house. They took the time to let us know how to help prevent them and set up traps in the front and back yard. I was very grateful of the service and reassurance they provided.

Orbis Pest Control responded quickly and efficiently to a problem in my apartment complex. They assessed each apartment and explained what they were going to do to prevent an infestation. They only recommend certain services based on current state and luckily this was caught early! Highly recommend them!

We were having a bad smell in our basement ceiling/walls that was clearly a dead rodent of considerable size! We called other companies that were useless and told us to take out walls and left us with a charcoal bag and a bill. Orbis was amazing. They tackled the problem from 4 sides, providing an enzyme spraying to help the decomposition, perfume machine, bait stations, external fencing and a one way door. They were knowledgeable, responsive, polite and incredibly professional. I am so glad I called them and would use them again even though hopefully they were so good I won't have to!

I was very impressed by the person who answered the phone at Orbis. She said she could send me someone to see my deck, give me an estimate and explain the procedure of getting rid of my raccoon family. I was immediately comfortable. The gentleman sent were extremely professional and I told them to go ahead if they had the time. The follow up was impressive as well. Malik, thank you for all that you did.
