I called on a Sunday to leave a message about a large broken limb that was jeopardizing our neighbour’s cars, hoping for a call back Monday. I got a reply within an hour, and Phil not only came by at the end of a long day to assess the situation, but stayed and dealt with it in the dark! Now that’s service! Very grateful and impressed.

Phil and his team provided outstanding service. Very friendly, from quoting the work required to performing the work onsite.
Great experience overall and they worked in a safe, quick, and very clean manner throughout the day. Also, excellent communication with timely responses from Serena.

Fantastic experience working with Phil, Serena, and the rest of the team. Phil walked around with me and answered all my questions before scheduling a date. Serena was very patient and helpful with questions and changes to the work order. When the day for the work came, they completed everything very quickly, removed all the debris, and used a leaf blower to leave the area neat and clean. We've worked with contractors in the past that left our yard an absolute mess when they were "finished", so the care and attention from Phil's team was a welcome surprise. I'm about to ask them to come back to

Absolutely fantastic service. After getting 4 estimates we decided on Phil and his team at Baum. Not only very competitive price wise, but what a breath of fresh air. They show up looking like real professionals and they are. Courteous, friendly and polite and highly skilled (see my photo). We needed a dozen 50-60 ft. dead ash trees removed and a bunch of European Buckthorne dealt with because it is so invasive. Phil and the guys were very quick, but meticulous in their tree felling - incredible to watch actually. Very conscientious on the job site, and left our place spotless after they finished
