Absolutely fantastic company to deal with! We had 15 windows replaced by Ambia and I cannot speak highly enough about the overall experience... Our advisor was Jimmy who is an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with... We had three other quotes to replace all our windows and Ambia's proposal alone had so much information and details that we were very impressed... Replaced 6 windows on the 2nd floor at the end of Nov 2021. I had a great experience with Ambia. The communication was very easy, efficient and responses were quick. From the initial assessment, quote to the installation, the process went very smoothly and as expected. The installers spent all day and part of the evening installing the windows. They did a great job. Everything is looking great. I also appreciated Tony arranging to send the installers back to clean out the east trough that had some sediment left. I'd recommend working with Ambia and would work with them again for the downstairs

Recently got all my windows & doors changed by Ambia Windows & Doors. First of all, great customer service and engagement by everyone there from the first step booking an appointment with Tony all the way to installation with Chris and his team. It took about ~ 10 weeks from confirmation to installation and for the installation the windows took ~ 8 hours and the doors took ~3 the next day. They cleaned the garbage from each room and fixed any cracks or holes left in the drywall. I am happy to say that the service that I received from Tony & his installer team (Chris, Ted, Brad, Eric and more) from the first day to the very last day of my experience was absolutely amazing. Tony is very approachable and would spend a considerate amount of time answering any and all of my questions whenever I had any even prior to me placing my order. Just yesterday, Tony helped us source a glass door insert after our grass cutters shattered one of our French door panels leaving our home vulnerable and exposed. He immediately made some calls and sourced a glass insert for us matching our specifications. Sourcing materials and excellent service during Covid has proven difficult for most and the wait times are longer than usual. I called Tony at Ambia in the morning, he answered the phone immediately. Stand behind their service even during lock down
I hired Ambia to replace my windows in 2012. 9 years later, one of the handles fell apart and the window cannot open anymore. I sent an email to Ambia, Tony quickly responded and discussed the situation over emails and phones. A couple days later, Johnathan came to the house with parts and fixed the handle. It was very smooth to get the problem fixed during the pandemic lock down. I really appreciate that they are still standing behind their service 9 year later. I strongly recommend this company for windows and doors installation.
