Can't say enough good things about the folks at Hilltop Plumbing and Heating. Our furnace died on the coldest day of the year and Hilltop was able to get a service tech to the house the same day; he had the part in his truck and the furnace was up and running within half an hour. Reasonable rates (standard call-out fee + the cost of the part) and friendly service.
I have dealt with many plumbing and heating companies and this is by far one of the best! I am 100% pleased and completely satisfied with their work. The guys who work their were super respectful when they came to my house, arrived on time, polite, friendly and clean. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs any plumbing or heating repairs done!
I also absolutely love the fireplace I purchased from them! Had Hilltop come out to do a service check on our furnace prior to turning it on for the winter season. No problems found. About a week later, noticed funny sounds from furnace and had one day without any heat. Called Hilltop.

I contacted this firm on the advice of one my neighbors but today I talked to another neighbor who said I paid way too much for this water heater so I contacted 2 other plumbers and found that to install the same water tank would be about $500 cheaper than I paid. Should have shopped around, I learned my lesson but I definitely picked the wrong firm.
Today the company gave me a small refund so I have upped the rating. The explanation for the higher price was that they have higher overhead costs than some other plumbers in the area.

Hilltop Plumbing did a complete re-plumbing of our townhouse in 2016. Despite the terrible working conditions in our crawl space and the many changes made by me, they carried out the task cheerfully and met all… the requirements that both the plumbing inspector and myself dropped in their laps! A few things were not completed because of work I wanted to do myself and they said they would come back and complete them when I was ready. Nearly 2 years later I finally got that work done. I phoned up Hilltop and to my surprise they not only remembered me and their promise, but were out 2 days

I called these guys to my hair salon to have a look at my hot water tanks, which my staff had told me weren't working.
They get marks for responding the fastest of the three plumbers I called.
But they called me 2.5 hours after they arrived to tell me my tanks functioned just fine, and the bill was around $300.
2.5 hours for a pro plumber to determine that 2 hot water tanks are working? Absolutely incredible.
Avoid like the plague. They are right down there with the worst of the Yellow Page trade rip-off artists.
