Had a great experience with SWR when our sewer line was clogged. Kimberley clearly explained what happened and showed me photos of the problem. A hydra jet vehicle was in the area so they were able to bring in their equipment to solve the problem. I learned that SWR has a contract with the City of White Rock and my neighbours across the street use them for their two homes. Thank you!

We experienced an unexpected drainage problem which prevented us from using our plumbing. SWR responded and got our system functioning again the same day, with permanent repairs done within the following two days. The initial inspection and ultimate repairs were done very efficiently ... the SWR staff were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Great care was taken to ensure minimal damage to our property during excavation.
While we hope not to need to use their services again, we do not hesitate in recommending them.

Our basement has been flooded 3 times since January. The Crew at SWR determined that our 43 year old drain tile had become crushed in places and embedded with tree roots. They saved me a lot of money with their up-to-date equipment by determining where the breaks were and fixing only those spots, without having to dig up the whole perimeter of our house. They were polite, knowledgable and very efficient. I couldn't ask for a better job and a fairer price. I recommend them highly!
