Eavestroughs are installed with a slight slope to direct the water into the Downspouts. The Downspout is a vertical drainpipe that is positioned to further channel and direct the water away from the walls and foundation of your home.

Action roofing put in a new roof in 2012 and ever year, yes every year we have a leak. The first couple of years action came and fixed problematic area. After that they have ignored the calls. This year (2021) they came, apologized, said they knew of issues and they were aware of issues with installation and will make it right. I called to ask when this would happen, and now they won’t return calls again. Your roof may be fine the first year you install with them, and they seem really nice and helpful. If there are problems, do not expect them to address it or respond to you. Sadly that’s been

They were professional and finished in the time frame they said, which was quicker than I originally expected. After our residence was impacted from a catastrophic hail storm - Action Roofing provided a throughout inspection and actually insured no further damage on roof - by taping vent caps that were damaged. We had the roof replaced, eavestroughs and also installed Hardie board. No hidden costs, professional staff and excellent workmanship. We would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

We contacted Patrick (estimator) at Action Roofing & Siding Ltd. to replace our siding. Patrick and Dale and Sean (Dale and Sean, along with Corey & Steve, were all part of a team involved in replacing our siding) were great! The workmanship, attention to detail, and especially the superb customer service, was amazing! We had also contacted Patrick in 2015 to replace our roof and the superb customer service and workmanship then was amazing too.

We just had our roof done by Action, they did a wonderful job. Friendly staffs, efficient and clean. Roof were finished in 2 days. There were a little mix up due to personnel change in their company, but once everything was straighten out, they were replacing my roof within a week. I will definitely recommend Action to my friends.
