We started with a vision in our heads of what our empty basement could become and we are so happy that we worked with the Chermark Renovations team! From our initial meeting with Mark we felt that he really understood our vision. We had Mark, Trevor and crew in our home completely re doing our kitchen, our bathroom, a new staircase and new floors. We learned quickly that Mark, Trevor and their crew would make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We often times didn’t know exactly what we wanted or needed but they were so patient in guiding us through a renovation during COVID. I recently had my bathroom completely redone. It is a relatively small room which was pretty much in its original state since 1955. Mark and Trevor completely tore it down and rebuilt an absolutely beautiful oasis and spa-like bathroom. From the first time Mark Wilson came to my home to give me the quote, which was very reasonable, to the last day of the job, he and Trevor and the rest of the team were very professional and kind at all times. Mark and Trevor just completed a renovation of our family room at the end of November. Their attention to every detail was amazing. From the initial consultation to the final hanging of our pictures they informed and assisted us in every way. We were impressed with the high quality of their work. We hired Chermark Renovations to remove a wall that also included a part of a masonry fireplace between our kitchen and living room and install a peninsula in its place.
Mark and his crew are pros. They completed the task with as little disruption to us as possible. They did it on time and on budget and they were not satisfied with the work until we were satisfied with the work.
We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for any construction and finishing requirements.

Mark and Trevor were amazing to deal with giving us guidance and assistance with each decision. We made some changes along the way and both were there to offer their opinions and ensure that we had every factor considered. We had Mark remodel two of our bathrooms. From the demolition to the rebuild the work was done efficiently and with great care. Mark has an eye for detail and puts that into the finished product. We are more than happy with the new bathrooms that I am sure we will enjoy for years to come. Mark & his team (Garry & Brooke) turned the 1960's decor of our bathroom (house built in 1948) into the jewel of our house. All work was done on time with attention to detail. It turned out better than we could have imagined! All crew members were a joy to have in our house ... even our pets loved them. :) We highly recommend Chermark Renovations.
