I have used this company for a number of years. They installed my new furnace in the fall of 2019 and have come back to clean and service the furnace in 2020 and 2021.
They are reliable in their timing, and very professional in the work that they perform. Everything was left neat and tidy.
When arriving to service the furnace, they wore facemasks and took all necessary precautions in the house.
I would highly recommend this Company.

They installed a new furnace, a tankless hot water system and a central AC for us. Very prompt, professional and friendly service. Very skilled technicians have job done as fast as possible to bring the heat and hot water back to our home in that cold weather.

Called for furnace repair, ended up selling us a new furnace. Couldn't make existing heat pump work with system, said heat pump was low on gas. Left with the heat pump still not functional.
Called Gandy Installations after putting up with no cooling for a year or more. Gandy's tech said the system was improperly wired, he corrected the wiring and checked the gas levels which were fine now the system works great.
If I could give BC Wide zero stars I would.
Gandy on the other hand gets 5 stars.

Ferzad from BC Wide in Vancouver installed a new furnace in our old house yesterday and he did an outstanding job. What a friendly, organized, qualified professional technician! It took him 11 hours(as old furnace needed to be cut out of the small space) and he never stopped.
I highly recommend this company, especially Ferzad and also Sharon in the office.

Ferzad was here to fix a plumbing leak on our kitchen ceiling and changed our hot water tank and furnace. He was patient enough to answer all my questions and comfort me when I felt stressed about the condition of our furnace as I have a toddler and was shocked at the state of the old furnace. He was able to change it quickly [ next day ] and spent all day fixing our furnace and tank so that we would have clean air and a warm house in the middle of November. He was also able to speak to the owner of our rental to discuss our concerns which was extremely helpful as we needed it fixed asap. I highly

Had Yadgar, the technician in here on the Thursday to inspect, new furnace installed on the Saturday. Professional, prompt, thorough and just a great experience, even though we had to replace our furnace.
Sharon was most helpful and professional on the admin side too!

Highly recommend BC Wide Home Services for their prompt, professional and friendly service. They made applying for the Fortis BC rebate easy by helping us navigate the process, and extended our warranty by 5 years by helping us register the furnace. Our older house made it a more tricky installation, but not a problem for BC Wide....they got our new installation up and running within one day of us calling them!

I have had a range of services through BC Wide Home Services for rental property and my own home over the last two years. These include duct cleaning (three times), furnace maintenance (three times), and furnace installation (twice). Having only connecting with me through phone marketing, I had no prior knowledge of this company. I did my own research of company. Consistent with other reviews spanning back several years, I found them very courteous, helpful, and reliable. I did not have any sense of up-selling services nor any pressure to immediately agree to services.
