I have been so pleased with Markham Heating! Jacob, the tech, is so knowledgable, honest and hardworking. Our AC stopped working and they had same day availability to come take a look. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose and repair our 40 year old air conditioner when I'm quite sure other companies would've taken a peek and told us to scrap it! We have also used them for furnace maintenance and were pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

Called to schedule a "free in-home estimate" as advertised on their website abs woman was extremely rude! I asked about the free estimate and she told me she can give me a price over the phone for a new unit or parts. I told her that I don't know what parts I need and she told me that what I want is a diagnosis. I told her that their website is very misleading and she told me to look up the definition in the dictionary!!! I would never use these guys !!! Customer service is a very important part of business!
