I am the maintenance manager of a 51 unit co-op for the last 15 years I have used Wayne . He is very professional and works quickly to fix the problem. he has installed hot water tanks gas and electric ,as well as 2 tankless hot water tanks worked on our main water lines to our gas lines and repaired every fixture you can think of in our 51 units. He has completed small to large jobs. he is very knowledgeable and is very fair with his pricing. under our rules we need to look at other plumbers to get quotes for the work we need done and every year we choose valley router as the price is competitive

Wayne has done a number of jobs for my work and home and I never once been unsatisfied with his behavior always professional and quick working. During some of the jobs he's done he has come across some WONDERFUL problems and let me tell you he offered the his advice, which was the best option! Hes priced well. All in all I cant complain! I use Wayne for all our plumbing needs and has always been professional. Some of the times he has been out he's able to save me so much by fixing the root of the problem instead of replacing what the naked eye sees as the problem. Wayne and Valley Rooter are just incredible! Not only did he fix the problem but assisted in prevention of further problems and leaks. He did not just whip through the task but checked every aspect of our kitchen drains, seals and pipes. His skills, service and prices are hands down one of the best we have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend and fives stars are not enough for he and his company

I can't really rate since he didn't/wouldn't do anything. He was quite rude on the phone, arranged to show up at a place we own. He showed up, met my tenant, and she said he was "grumpy" to her. He told her he'd have to "take it apart." Then he just left without saying anything to my tenant. OK. Unprofessional, rude, and just weird. Some people really hate their jobs, I guess.
